Personal Background

James A. Walden

As a retired career firefighter, I have spent most of my life in the construction business. Mostly keeping them from burning down. But I did study building construction which assisted in understanding how fire spreads through buildings.

After retiring in 2004, I moved to Florida and studied real estate. When I received my license, I worked the the residential field for a year. My enthusiam for the building industry has led me back into the construction side of real estate. I believe that the process of building a new home should be enjoyable, and not a headache. I do everything in my power to keep it that way.

Although I work in new construction, I still work with existing properties also.

Eight of those years he was a senior builder for 2 different national homebuilders in Palm Coast. He owned a very successful remodeling business, which he closed to pursue Auburn Homes full time. Being a graduate of Flagler Palm Coast High School, Brad has watched Palm Coast explode with growth over the last 18 years he has lived here.
